هوای بهداشتی لازم برای طراحی تهویه تونل(جاده و راه آهن)

متداول ترین و عموما بصرفه ترین روش تهویه تونل، تهویه طولی تونل به کمک جت فن است. در طراحی سیستم تهویه طولی تونل با جت فن، هوا داخل تونل به کمک جت فن به یک جهت مشخص حرکت داده می شود تا از یکی از دهانه های تونل خارج گردد. به صورت کلی در تونل های یک طرفه، جهت حرکت هوا هم مسیر با حرکت خودرو ها است.

برای ایجاد تهویه بهداشتی در داخل تونل، جت فن ها باید میزان هوای مشخصی را در بدترین شرایط پیش بینی شده جابجا کنند تا غلظت گاز های آلاینده در داخل تونل، از حد مجاز استاندارد ها به ویژه استاندارد پیارک بالاتر نرود. موارد مختلفی در میزان هوای مورد نیاز تهویه تونل تاثیر گذار است مانند :

- میزان ترافیک مسیر(بر اساس شرایط فعلی و پیش بینی طرح)

- سرعت حرکت خودرو ها در داخل تونل

- مشخصات هندسی مقطع تونل

- شیب مسیر

طراحی تهویه تونل 

به منظور طراحی تهویه طولی در تونل با استفاده از جت فن، لازم است ابتدا با در نظر گرفتن شرایط ترافیکی مسیر در ساعات مختلف، میزان هوای مورد نیاز در حالت عادی را محاسبه نمود.

پس از انجام این محاسبات، میزان هوای مورد نیاز تهویه بهداشتی تونل در شرایط خاص باید مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. در ادامه با مقایسه حالات مختلف، میزان هوای مورد نیاز که به عنوان مبنای طراحی تهویه تونل لحاظ می گردد محاسبه می گردد.

شایان ذکر است برای انجام کلیه این مراحل باید محاسبات خاصی صورت گیرد که در این حوزه همکاری با یک مشاور با تجربه توصیه می شود.

سرعت حدی هوای تونل در زمان آتش سوزی

یکی از بخش های بسیار مهم طراحی و محاسبات تهویه تونل، بررسی سرعت حدی در هنگام حریق است که حتما باید مورد بررسی قرار گیرد تا سیستم تهویه تونل، در زمان آتش سوزی عملکرد مناسبی داشته باشد.

پس از محاسبه میزان هوای مورد نیاز جهت تهویه تونل با جتفن، با استفاده از فرمول های مشخص شده، مشخصات و ظرفیت جت فن های مورد نظر محاسبه می گردد. نکته مهم در این مرحله نیاز به تجربه مناسب در انتخاب جت فن است تا مشخصات طراحی، در دنیای واقعی نیز قابل استفاده باشد.

Parking (Car park) Ventilation by Jet Fan

Construction and operation of commercial and office complexes are highly booming, according to the optimal use of existing spaces in major cities. Due to the compression of space in such complexes, parking’s are designed with the assumption to use the most space possible. Large numbers of cars in the car park and enclosed spaces, it will be certainly necessary to design a very powerful ventilation system.

The design and implementation of a ventilation system are necessary for enclosed parking and car parks, because of vehicle density. During the normal operation in a car park, vehicles produce pollutant gases like carbon monoxide and NOx which could cause serious damages to people inside the parking lot. There is also another risk in car parks, which is the possibility of fire. Considering the enclosed area inside the parking’s, Incidence of fire will produce deadly gases and a huge amount of smoke. According to this situation, parking ventilation systems must have the capability to control the smoke and deadly gases and provide the required time for people to escape from danger.

Parking jet fan - design

The old method for parking ventilation was using ventilation ducts in the roof. This method cause many limits in design and operation and in a fire situation, ventilation was not good enough.

New technology in this field is the application of jet fan for normal ventilation and smoke extraction in case of fire in parking’s. In fact, this technology represents the most innovative and cost-effective alternative to traditional ducted mechanical extraction systems. Carefully managing the project in all its development stages, which requires the fundamental use of fluid dynamics calculation programs - CFD - and also ensures that the system is working correctly. The jet Fan system provides either normal ventilation and can also be provided for smoke extract in case of fire in the parking lot.

After the final design, the performance of jet fan can be evaluated using CFD in normal operation. Also by using PyroSim and FDS software the function of the installed jet fan could be tested during a simulated fire.

About CFD Simulation

CFD(Computational fluid dynamics) is a branch of fluid mechanics that uses numerical methods to solve and analyze fluid behavior.
During a CFD simulation, the computer calculates the interaction of liquids and gases with boundary conditions in small cells. These cells will form the computational domain in which the simulation takes place. Initial and boundary conditions shall be defined, according to each case. 
Ongoing research yields software that improves complex simulation scenarios such as turbulent flow accuracy and speed. 
We use CFD simulation for many projects, like ventilation, aerodynamics, pumps and turbines, and other industrial uses. Generally, CFD simulations help designers achieve better results and can reduce the cost of production.

The new drilling techniques and TBM devices have led to the possibility of digging long tunnels in less time than usual. One of the requirements for digging long tunnels is proper ventilation. The most common method of urban tunnels ventilation is the longitudinal ventilation using jet fans.
To cause proper and healthy ventilation in tunnels, additional to equipment, correctly design and detailed calculations of pollutants and environmental conditions are needed.

Design and simulation of industrial ventilation and local ventilation - CFD

Improved ventilation and sanitary conditions inside the silo and factories in addition to raising the efficiency of labors play a fundamental role in reducing the damage caused by pollutants, the equipment inside the workshop and the factory. In fact, the purpose of the design of industrial ventilation is not necessarily heating and cooling, but also reducing the concentration of pollutants in the environment by removing emissions and getting fresh air.

  Environmental pollutants can include different items:
1-  Pollutants produced by internal combustion engines such as diesel generators, forklifts and heavy machinery, which are mainly in the form of combinations of carbon and nitrogen and soot in the environment.

2- Chemical contaminants that are generally caused by chemical processes within the production line in many industries, including the production of zinc, steel, acid production, mushroom production, and even Aviculture. This type of pollutants in addition to severe injuries to personnel health, cause severe corrosion of equipment.

3-  Particulate, this type of contamination is extremely common in the manufacture of cement, steel, fiberglass and rock wool, Woodworking Shops and Coal production workshops.  This particulates in the absence of proper ventilation after breathing, causing acute and chronic diseases and at the same time can severely damage the electrical circuits and mechanical equipment.

According to late subjects, it is recommended that for the design of industrial ventilation for warehouses, factories and workshops with using a Jet fan or axial fans reviews of the professionals must be used, not just dealers.
