About CFD Simulation

CFD(Computational fluid dynamics) is a branch of fluid mechanics that uses numerical methods to solve and analyze fluid behavior.
During a CFD simulation, the computer calculates the interaction of liquids and gases with boundary conditions in small cells. These cells will form the computational domain in which the simulation takes place. Initial and boundary conditions shall be defined, according to each case. 
Ongoing research yields software that improves complex simulation scenarios such as turbulent flow accuracy and speed. 
We use CFD simulation for many projects, like ventilation, aerodynamics, pumps and turbines, and other industrial uses. Generally, CFD simulations help designers achieve better results and can reduce the cost of production. 
For example, in ventilation cases, CFD can show us the stream of air that circulates in a room or parking lot. In such circumstances, we can also calculate the temperature, pressure, and flow speed at any point of the computational domain.

We usualy recommend use CFD to check the design of industrial ventilation for a parking lot, warehouses, factories and workshops using a Jet fan or axial fans.

PyroSim is a graphical user interface for the Fire Dynamics Simulator(FDS). PyroSim helps companies to create and manage the details of complex fire models.
PyroSim and FDS are the best software to simulate the fire reaction in different environments like buildings, parking lots, subways, tunnels, cinemas, hotels, and commercial office complexes.

Using PyroSim, we could define smoke detectors and sprinklers inside the 3D model and examine the current design in case of fire.
Meanwhile, it is possible to link PyroSim results with Pathfinder software which is an advanced movement simulation combined with high-quality 3-D animated results, giving reliable answers.
